Replacement Product Policy

If a customer is entitled to a replacement product, Blighters will provide a product that is identical or of similar value.

If the same product is not available, we may choose to:

• Issue a full refund
• Provide a replacement of equal value
• Repair the product within a reasonable timeframe

All refund and repair rights also apply to replacement products in the same way as the original order.

Warranty

We provide a Three-Year Warranty on all products sold in our store.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product faults under normal use conditions.
